UPDATE - DLS outages fixed

- UPDATE 9/18/09 9:15am -

With a few issues the transport lines were switched last night and fully tested and running by 1:15am this morning. We will continue to monitor these lines for possible issues.

- UPDATE 9/17/09 3:15pm -

At 10pm tonight or tomorrow night we will be down for 10 minutes or so while QWest moves our transports to another system. We are still waiting to hear back from QWest for a confirmation as to when, and are continuing to push the changeover through as quickly as possible. This is being coordinated between CenturyTel and QWest. We hope this will resolve the last standing issues we are having.

- UPDATE 9/16/09 9:00am -

As of 2am this morning the major issue has been resolved after CenturyTel moved circuits and replaced hardware, and should keep the DSL service up and running. However, there are still errors being seen between CenturyTel and QWest and they are continuing to troubleshoot the issue.

- UPDATE 8/28/09 4:30pm -

It appears that the problem has resurfaced and we have QWest and CenturyTel looking into the problem.

- UPDATE 8/28/09 11:35am -

Qwest has replaced the faulty T3 card that was causing the drop in our DSL service.

We will continue to monitor this through the weekend.
